Tel Aviv University’s undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate programs are open to international students. While some degree programs at TAU are offered in English, most are conducted in Hebrew. Special preparatory programs for international students and immigrants, such as the Mechina, are available to prepare students for admissions and study at Tel Aviv University.

Admission to university-wide programs is directed through the general Admissions Office on campus. More information is available at the university-wide home site, or on each of the faculties’ individual web pages (see list). A detailed admissions catalogue in English is available online for more information. The university-wide course offering (Yedion) can be accessed online as well. A general TAU catalogue and application form may also be requested by contacting your closest Office of Academic Affairs.

Note to Study-Abroad Students:

The credits earned on the Overseas School's semester and year-abroad programs are TAU credits. Students who wish to continue at TAU after completion of their study-abroad program and pursue a degree from TAU will have their credits approved as TAU-wide credits.

Nevertheless, as curricula vary among departments at TAU, each department will individually determine whether any courses completed fulfill the student's degree requirements.
